MNS has invested tremendous energy aimed at mastering the CPA. Our professionals have undergone rigorous training on the CPA and have been trained by renowned academics such as Professor Van Heerden of the University of Pretoria. This training has enabled our firm to develop a sound understanding of the CPA and the Regulations thereto.

We have also drafted quality legal opinions on the CPA for some of our clients. We also offer training on the CPA and its Regulations.

As a result of our good work in this field, MNS was invited to deliver a paper at an industry conference on amongst others the compliance, application and impact of the CPA on organisations. We fervently believe that such invitations are an endorsement and recognition of the important role that our firm is playing in enhancing industry knowledge of the CPA and the Regulations.
